Why do you need a strong password?
In modern cyber attacks, simple passwords (like "123456" or "password") are cracked in seconds. To prevent account hijacking, the following conditions are recommended:
Conditions for a Secure Password
- Length: At least 12 characters, preferably 16 or more.
- Complexity: Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Randomness: Do not use meaningful words (dictionary words).
Never Re-use Passwords
Even if you have a strong password, if you use it across multiple sites, a leak from one site puts all your accounts at risk. We recommend generating a unique password for each site with this tool and managing them with a password manager.
